What Goes in the Box to QBM

• Pressed quilt top.
• Pressed backing.
• Any additional material to be used for binding (pre-made binding or 1 1/4 yards, if requested binding service).
• Packing slip (generated after placing your order and sent to you via email).
• If you are unable to print the packing slip, be sure to include your name and phone number on a sheet of paper.
• Be sure to wrap the items in a clear plastic bag before placing into your shipping box to protect against moisture.

How and Where to Ship

• We recommend using a medium or large flat rate USPS Priority mail box available at any US Post Office. Most quilt tops and backing should fit into a medium flat rate box. Please see usps.com for current postage rates and additional details.
• We are also happy to accept deliveries via UPS or FedEx.
• We suggest that you insure the package when you ship it.

We recommend addressing the box to “QBM”, to help safeguard your quilt while in transit. Ship to:

Return Shipment

• Your quilt will be wrapped in protective plastic and returned in a nondescript box to you. The plastic is to prevent deterioration; please remove immediately. Quilting By Mail does not recommend long-term storage in plastic.
• Your project will be shipped USPS Priority Mail and insured for the cost of the quilting service.
• A signature will be required when your package reaches its final destination.
